What Moves You?

Local artist Nancey Seghetti taught the students in Public Art Workshop about the art of glass mosaic as we fabricated a series of reliefs for Wyomissing Area Jr. Sr. High School. We expanded on her whimsical designs by carving them into three dimensional forms from foam, creating an installation that surrounds students as they go up and down one of the main staircases in the school. Nancey hoped the art would engage with students, and become an uplifting moment as they passed through the stairwell on their daily routine.
