About the Project
The title comes from urbanist Jane Jacobs, who used the phrase to describe the complex choreography of everyday neighborhood life. Reading Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center students helped develop the design, with former student Treasure Lopes serving as lead artist. Dozens of community painting sessions turned the mural into a citywide collaborative effort.
